Sunday Drop-in Meditation sessions

Meditating in the group field reminds us that we are on the same path

For former students and practitioners of Insight (Vipassana) meditation.

A drop-in meditation session on the 3rd Sunday of each month, 11:00AM to 12:15PM Pacific, beginning July 19 and ending December 20. 

The format:

  • Open with a short talk on the theme or dharma element;
  • 25 - 30 minutes lightly guided meditation;
  • 10 - 15 minutes Question & Comment period;
  • 2 minute merit of our meditation to close.

It is open and free to all who have taken a mindfulness meditation class before or have done a series with me. 

Space is limited to 12 people on-land and 24 via Zoom, so please reserve your place for more information and logistics.
