This accessible course introduces participants to the philosophy and practice of mindfulness meditation in a format designed for beginners and those with busy lives. Offered in a hybrid setting, the course meets once a week for five weeks, either in person in the San Francisco Bay Area or online via Zoom. The sessions focus on foundational techniques that cultivate calm, focus, and well-being.
