This accessible course introduces participants to the philosophy and practice of mindfulness meditation in a format designed for beginners and those with busy lives.

Offered in a hybrid setting, the course meets once a week for six consecutive weeks, either in person in our Pleasant Hill office or online via Zoom. The sessions focus on foundational techniques that cultivate calm, focus, and well-being. Participants develop skills that help reduce stress, improve concentration, and increase self-awareness. The course encourages regular practice and invites exploration of how mindfulness can positively affect daily life and relationships.

No one will be turned away for financial considerations as the teachings are priceless. Donations or dāna (in Sanskrit, the practice of cultivating generosity) instead of the posted fee or a portion of it. We offer a limited number of scholarships available for those in need.
