
Welcome to the Mindfulness Meditation Course – Your Registration is Confirmed
Thank you for registering for the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course. We’re glad to have you join us for this six-week program designed to help you cultivate presence, calm, and clarity in daily life.
Course Details:
Each session will include short lecture on the principles of meditation, guided meditation practice session, short reflections, and practical approaches to bring mindfulness into work, relationships, and everyday experiences. The course is secular and inclusive—no prior meditation experience is required.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Doors open at 5:50 pm. so we can begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and meditation cushions and chairs will be available.
